Plastic Waste Collection
We operate an organised collection network across Murang'a, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, Embu, and Laikipia counties, sourcing post-consumer plastic from local vendors, informal collectors, and designated dump-site sorters.
We provide collection containers, negotiate fair rates with vendors, and maintain a reliable supply chain that keeps plastic out of the environment.
Sorting & Quality Grading
Every batch of collected plastic undergoes rigorous manual and mechanical sorting by polymer type (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET) and colour to ensure the highest quality output for our downstream processes.
Proper sorting is the foundation of quality recycling. Our trained team ensures no contamination reaches the production line.
Industrial Granule Production
Using advanced industrial machinery, we process sorted and cleaned plastic waste into uniform plastic granules-a versatile intermediate raw material used across many manufacturing sectors.
Our granules meet strict consistency standards and are available in various size grades to meet manufacturer specifications.
Plastic Pellet Manufacturing
We produce high-quality plastic pellets that serve as primary raw material for manufacturers of plastic goods. Our pellets are used in injection moulding, extrusion, and blow moulding applications.
Currently producing 5,000 kg/week with a growth target of 9,000 kg/week as we scale our machinery and collection network.
B2B Raw Material Supply
We supply plastic granules and pellets directly to manufacturers across Kenya, providing a reliable, cost-competitive, and environmentally responsible alternative to virgin plastic raw materials.

Educational Facility Tours
